Tic Tac Toe Challenge #111

 Hello Friends! Time for a new board over at the Tic Tac Toe Challenge:

This time I worked with the Right Column Down:  Flowers, Dragonfly, and Scallops.

This is a pretty simple layered card that lets the die cuts do most (if not all) of the work!  Here are the products I used:

• Stampin' Up Misty Moonlight cardstock, Vellum, and Basic White
• Stampin' Up Misty Moonlight ink 
• Stampin' Up Hand-Penned DSP (available May 4th)
• Stampin' Up Scalloped Contours Dies (available May 4th)
• Stampin' Up Scripty 3D Embossing Folder
• Stampin' Up Honey Bee sentiment
• Stampin' Up Detailed Dragonfly dies
